Wayne E. Eckas is a professional engineer and engineering consultant in Colorado with over 35 years of experience in the design and evaluation of water infrastructure including canal and reservoir water control structures including check, diversion and conveyance structures, storage and recharge ponds, raw water pump stations and pipelines, non-potable water systems, storage and recharge ponds. He has completed projects from the conceptual and feasibility stage through construction documentation and construction observation. Mr. Eckas also has extensive experience in the design and evaluation of irrigation systems for commercial, municipal, and agricultural clients.
Mr. Eckas was a member of the Irrigation Association Certification Board from 2005 to 2012, and was chairman of the board in 2010.
